PTE

PTE stands for Pearson Test of English. It's a computer-based English language test that assesses non-native English speakers' proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. 

There are three types of PTE tests
✓  PTE Academic: This is the most common type of PTE test and is used for study, work, and immigration purposes.
✓  PTE General: This is a shorter version of the PTE Academic test and is used for general English proficiency assessment.
✓  PTE Home: This is a 30-minute test used for UK family visas, visa extensions, settlement, and citizenship.
