These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the CP/Affiliate Program (“Program”) initiated by SPARK IT ACADEMY, where satisfied Trainees can label themselves as (“CP/Affiliates”) and earn rewards by referring new Trainees to the academy through a personalized referral page. By registering for and participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms. SPARK IT ACADEMY neither requests nor compels any Trainee to label himself/herself as a CP/Affiliate and promote any training/service.
- Eligibility
To play the role of a C.P./Affiliate must be 18 years or older, and legally eligible to enter into contracts. Trainee must register for the Program using valid, accurate personal information. CP/Affiliates may not create fake accounts.
- Registration
To join the Program, eligible Trainee must complete the registration form and receive a unique referral link. Each referral page and link is unique to the individual and may not be sold.
- Program Requirements
CP/Affiliates must share their referral link in a responsible and ethical manner. Spam or unsolicited mass communications are prohibited. CP/Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that each referral has access to accurate information about the training programs and our services.
- Rewards
Rewards are based on the successful registration and/or joining made through the referral link. CP/Affiliates will be notified of reward eligibility reflects immediately after the referral completes all necessary actions. Rewards may be delivered as cash incentives, gift cards, or other forms as specified by Spark IT Academy.
- Payment Terms
Payments will be made on weekly basis or at intervals specified in the Program details. Payments may be subject to minimum thresholds, and all payments are subject to applicable taxes and charges. CP/Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information and handling any tax obligations related to rewards.
- Disqualification and Termination
Violation of anyone of these Terms, including misuse of referral links or providing false information, may result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards. Spark IT Academy reserves the right to terminate an CP/Affiliate’s participation in the Program at its discretion.
- Amendments
Spark IT Academy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Continued participation in the Program following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- Limitation of Liability
Spark IT Academy will not be responsible for any incurrence of expenses or losses or damages arising from participation in the Program. CP/Affiliates are solely responsible for complying with any legal requirements regarding their participation. In case of any issue, it will be settled in the Jurisdiction of registered office.
- Fee Payment
CP/Affiliate should pay the mentioned training programme fee directly to Spark IT Academy’s account or via the provided QR code.
